VENUS Store – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the VENUS Store. By purchasing, downloading, or using any products or services offered through our Tebex platform (the “Store”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. General Terms

Acceptance:
By purchasing or using products from the VENUS Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to purchase or use any of our products.

2. Purchases and Payments

Final and Non-Refundable Sales:
All purchases made through Tebex are final. No refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that once payment is processed, the transaction is final and non-reversible.

Payment Methods:
All payments are securely processed through the Tebex payment system, including PayPal and credit card options.
VENUS does not store or have access to any payment information.

3. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Tebex account. VENUS is not responsible for unauthorized access or actions performed under your account.

Confidentiality:
You may not share, distribute, leak, or resell any purchased files, scripts, or tools.

License:
All purchased products are licensed to you personally. Transferring, reselling, or sharing files or accounts without written authorization from VENUS is strictly prohibited.

4. Product Use

Authorized Use:
Products, including scripts and utilities, are intended only for use on servers you own or manage with permission.

Escrow Protection:
Products integrated with FiveM Escrow comply with official Escrow encryption and protection standards.

Usage Limitations:
You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass any protection systems, except where permitted by law.

5. Support and Updates

Support:
Support is available via Discord or Tebex messaging during regular business hours, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

Updates:
Products may receive updates and improvements over time. Access to updates is included as part of your active license.

6. Community Conduct

Respectful Behavior:
You must not post, publish, or distribute false, harmful, or defamatory statements about VENUS or its staff. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Store.

Legal Compliance:
Products must not be used for illegal activities or to infringe on intellectual property rights or other laws.

7. Privacy

Data Security:
All personal data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Payment Security:
All transactions are securely processed by Tebex. VENUS does not store credit card, PayPal, or other payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership:
All scripts, tools, logos, brand assets, and related content remain the exclusive property of VENUS. All rights are reserved.

License:
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the product as described and in compliance with these Terms.

9. Modifications and Termination

Changes to Terms:
VENUS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

Termination:
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to purchased products.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee:
All VENUS products are provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. VENUS does not guarantee full protection against cheats, exploits, or bugs.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VENUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VENUS operates.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
